By booking our services or consuming products at our mobile lounge, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the health risks associated with tobacco use and assume 100% personal responsibility for your consumption choices.
Age Restriction Notice: In strict compliance with federal law and state regulations across South Carolina, all products and services offered by Stix Cigars are intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and older. We utilize digital age-gating on our storefront and mandate physical, government-issued photo ID verification on-site before any tobacco products are handled or consumed. Stix Cigars reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unable to produce valid identification, without liability for refunds or package adjustments.
Tax Compliance & Jurisdiction Notice: Stix Cigars is fully licensed as a retail tobacco vendor. We collect and remit all applicable state and local sales taxes, as well as mandatory state tobacco excise taxes, based on the exact destination county where our mobile lounge tent is physically deployed.
Assumption of Risk & Fire Safety: The nature of a cigar lounge involves open flames, hot tobacco embers, and smoke. Guests entering the Stix Cigars mobile lounge footprint do so entirely at their own risk. Stix Cigars, its owners, and its staff assume no legal or financial liability for accidental property damage caused by guests (including, but not limited to, ash burns on personal clothing, upholstery, or venue carpeting) or minor injuries resulting from the improper handling of lighting equipment and tobacco products.
