PAYMENT & DEPOSIT OPTIONS: To secure your mobile lounge date on our calendar, you may select one of tow payment structures at checkout:

• Non-Refundable Deposit Only: Lock in your date today by paying a flat, non-refundable deposit (1/2 of total price) upfront (plus local destination sales tax). We will email a secure digital invoice link for your remaining balance, which must be fully settled via credit or debit card exactly 7 days prior to your scheduled event date.
• Pay Full Balance Upfront: Settle your complete package total today in one single transaction.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR STANDARD BOOKING: 

• Standard Bookings: If you need to cancel your mobile event layout at any time, your baseline deposit remains 100% non-refundable and non-transferable to cover our background administrative scheduling costs. If you paid the full balance upfront, a cash refund will be issued straight back to your original payment card for the total price minus deposit (1/2 of total price).
